The raw chocolate flavour and the mango flavour are my favourites - mind you definitely a treat, otherwise I'd have to remortgage my house to afford them too often!!!! Obviously, I should have done so.

I believe that coconut is fairly high in saturated fat but that it doesn't contain cholesterol.

I know that it's recommended not to eat too much saturated fat - no more than 10% of your daily caloric intake (source American).

The Co-yo natural yoghurt (per 100g)contains:
651kj/155kcal
1.4g protein
15.2g fat (11.8g of that is saturated)
4.9g carbohydrate
0.8g sugar
5mg salt
0g fibre

I'll leave you to decide whether it's healthy or not. I personally take an 'everything in moderation' approach and think that they're a bit expensive to eat everyday anyway. However, one here or there, as part of a balanced diet should be OK, I think.

Hope that answers your question. If not, come back at me and I'll see what else I can dig up!

dairyfreebabyandmehttp://www.dairyfreebabyandme.blogspot.co.uknoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7820634105388649430.post-36715610453083644332012-08-30T20:03:25.289+01:002012-08-30T20:03:25.289+01:00Ooh sounds good- since choosing to go dairy free I...Ooh sounds good- since choosing to go dairy free I've developed an intolerance to Soya- possibly from eating so much upon going dairy free who knows? Anyway was just wondering how healthy or unhealthy is this yogurt?meg moonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17667658374393368589noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7820634105388649430.post-72876607878489661172012-08-29T16:40:46.487+01:002012-08-29T16:40:46.487+01:00With all these things it's horses for courses,...With all these things it's horses for courses, isn't it? Everyone's taste buds are different. I like quite tart tastes - I used to love lemon curd.

I have to say, I think you were unlucky with the mould situation. Hope I don't get any like that, as I would definitely find it off-putting!dairyfreebabyandmehttp://www.dairyfreebabyandme.blogspot.co.uknoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7820634105388649430.post-39762684070467818822012-08-29T15:30:00.348+01:002012-08-29T15:30:00.348+01:00Glad you managed to find this one. The company have written a lengthy email to me about the mould situation, apparently they are hoping to make changes which should help the problem.Sugarpuffishhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04568700930605137502noreply@blogger.com
