Once upon a time, I used to eat puddings daily. Not something I usually do now - not just for dairy free reasons, but because I've tried to learn to moderate my consumption! That doesn't mean, however, that I'm ready to give up puddings/desserts (whatever you want to call them) forever!
One of the things that has been hardest to replicate whilst dairy free is proper puds! Some, like custard, with the right dairy substitute, can easily be done, but Banoffee Pie? Not so simple! ReplyDeleteHaving perused the above website, my personal concern is that soy and/or nuts may be used to compensate for dairy, however, this may be a useful link for some. Also the allergy advice provided on this site suggests that their food may contain traces of milk or nuts, although they do invite people with particular allergies to contact them.
